Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You describe your business in plain words and NEXUS builds the site. To change something, you describe the change.
Can customers pay me online?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account, and card payments from your customers are paid straight into it — NEXUS never holds your money. Stripe’s processing fees are separate from your NEXUS plan.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, on a paid plan. Every site starts on a free NEXUS address, and paid plans let you connect a .co.za or .com that you already own.
Who can see my site before I publish it?
Only you and anyone you make an owner or manager. Your site isn’t visible to the public until you choose to publish it.
Can I keep changing the site after it’s live?
Yes. Once your site is published, changes you make appear to customers straight away, and you can undo any of them.
What does it cost?
The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in rand and you can cancel any time. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
