You may not use NEXUS for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, credential theft, abusive automation, or attempts to access another tenant's data.
Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for accurate business information, lawful customer communications, valid payment setup, and compliance with regional requirements.
Platform Availability
NEXUS is provided with operational safeguards and monitoring, but individual features may depend on third-party providers such as payment, email, domain, or AI services.
Security
Users must keep credentials and API keys secure. Report suspected unauthorized access quickly so the incident can be investigated and contained.
