We use data to create tenant workspaces, route data to the correct region, secure the platform, debug incidents, prevent abuse, and deliver requested platform features.

Customer Data

Merchant customer data belongs to the merchant tenant. NEXUS uses tenant scoping, access controls, and audit-oriented observability to reduce unauthorized access risk.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as needed for platform operation, compliance, security, and customer support. Account deletion requests can be made through support.
